    1. Reservations & Booking

    • All bookings must be made through official channels: website, authorized travel agents, or direct contact.

    • Reservations require valid payment details for confirmation.

    • Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons or special events.

    • Changes or cancellations must adhere to the stated policy; late cancellations or no-shows may incur penalties.

    2. Check-in & Check-out

    • Standard check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 12 Noon

    • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, with possible additional charges.

    3. Room Occupancy & Capacity

    • Each room has a maximum occupancy limit which must not be exceeded for safety and comfort.

    • Extra guests require prior approval and may incur additional charges.

    4. Guest Conduct

    • Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, other guests, and local community.

    • Noise levels should be kept reasonable, especially during night hours.

    • Any damage caused to property or facilities by guests will be charged accordingly.

    5. Payment & Pricing

    • Prices are quoted in US Dollar and may include taxes and service fees unless stated otherwise.

    • Payment is due upon booking or check-in, depending on the rate type.

    • Tunnel Urban Retreat reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.

    6. Safety & Security

    • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The property is not liable for lost or stolen items.

    • Fire safety, emergency exits, and security procedures must be followed at all times.

    7. Sustainability & Environmental Policy

    • Guests are encouraged to support our eco-friendly initiatives such as energy saving, waste reduction, and water conservation.

    • Use of single-use plastics and non-recyclable materials is discouraged within the property.

    • Guest information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

    • Personal data is used solely for booking and service provision purposes.
